This recipe book, dated 1830, is part of the library's collection of papers belonging to members of the Spotswood family, descended from Dandridge Spotswood (1787-1849) and his wife Catherine Brooke Francisco (1801-1863), who were married in 1818 and had ten children, four or five of whom lived into adulthood. The author of the book is unknown.
